Oslo-based Healthtech Noteless raises €3.5 million in a Seed round

Oslo-based healthtech startup Noteless, which creates AI solutions that reduce administrative time for healthcare professionals, has secured €3.5 million in Seed funding. The round was led by new investor Redstone, with existing backers Futurum Ventures and Farvatn Venture reaffirming their support. The investment will be used to scale its AI-driven clinical documentation solution into additional European markets and drive broader adoption among medical professionals.

For years, medical documentation has been a major burden for healthcare professionals, taking up valuable time that could be dedicated to patients or continuing education. The growing administrative load is a key driver of burnout, reduced job satisfaction, and staff turnover. Noteless addresses this issue with an AI-based clinical documentation solution that creates notes in real time during consultations.

“We’ve seen incredible adoption in the Nordics, where more than one in four general practitioners now use Noteless in Norway, and one in seven in Denmark” said William Vossgård, CEO and co-founder of Noteless. “Clinicians tell us we’re giving them back up to two hours a day, time they can spend with patients or on their own wellbeing. This investment will help us bring that impact to clinicians across Europe.”

Launched in October 2023, Noteless uses cutting-edge speech recognition and natural language processing technologies to streamline clinical workflows, enabling healthcare professionals to save time, reduce administrative load, and deliver high-quality care.

Since introducing its first product in June 2024, the company has experienced rapid momentum, with its paying customer base increasing by more than 360% so far this year. Noteless is used in over 3 million consultations across 500+ organizations.
